Human rulers can form alliances, request aid, send reinforcements, betray one another, and drag their allies into war. Orc clans threaten the realm from the outside, while rival kingdoms wait for the right moment to turn on each other.
In Trust No One, today's ally may become tomorrow's enemy.

Campaign - Trust No One
The campaign begins with divided Human kingdoms facing a dangerous Orc threat.
Cooperation may be necessary to survive.
You can form alliances, support weaker kingdoms, accept military aid, or use diplomacy to improve relations with potential partners.
But once the common enemy weakens, old ambitions return.
Powerful rulers may attempt to unite the realm under their own crown, former allies can turn against each other, and kingdoms may form coalitions against anyone who becomes too powerful.
There can only be one ruler at the end.
Diplomacy matters
Your relationships with other rulers influence how they behave.
A friendly kingdom may:
- offer an alliance
- send reinforcements
- ask for military aid
- join your wars as an ally
A rival may:
- contest territory
- declare war
- betray an alliance
- join forces with others against you
Attacking one kingdom can also bring its allies into the war, so choosing your enemies matters.
Build your army
Settlements continuously recruit troops and can be developed with military buildings.
Human forces include:
- Infantry
- Archers
- Heavy Knights
- Cavalry
Orc armies include:
- Orc Warriors
- Orc Archers
- Heavy Orcs
- Shamans
Different settlements can specialize in different unit types, while defensive structures such as Watchtowers and Walls make important locations harder to capture.
Zoom from strategy to battlefield
From a distance, Crownreach shows the realm as a clean strategic map with territories, settlements, armies, rulers, and political borders.
Zoom closer and the world transitions into a physical battlefield where armies are represented by individual soldiers moving and fighting across the terrain.
Current version
Crownreach is currently being developed as a game jam / early playable build.
Expect ongoing balancing, UI improvements, additional polish, music, sound effects, and further campaign events.
Feedback is very welcome.
